The content on this website is general information about our services. The vehicle sizes are given as a guide; tell us what you need moved and we'll confirm which van fits before you book.

Quotes and bookings

We don't publish prices: every delivery is quoted for the job. Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. The price, the collection and the delivery are agreed with you before we set off.

Insurance

Goods in transit are covered by our Goods in Transit insurance with Boxguard, up to £10,000 per vehicle, under the terms of that policy. If your goods are worth more, tell us before booking.

Photos and content

The photos on this site show our own vans and jobs. The text, photos and logo belong to Encea Transport Ltd or are used with permission. Brand names on goods or vehicles belong to their owners.

Links to other websites

This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We aren't responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Our liability

We aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
